Friday March 21 7:30 pm. at the Tempe Center for the Arts, the fifth annual Phoenix Chamber Music Society Festival will hold a performance Festival Artistic Director, clarinetist David Shifrin, will be joined by some of the world’s leading artists and their finest students from Yale University. They will perform Stravinsky’s “The Soldier’s Tale” narrated by KBAQ’s Sterling Beeaff and Terry Goddard who has held the offices of mayor of Phoenix and Attorney General of Arizona. The program also features Camille Saint-Saen’s “Carnival of the Animals.” The normally priced $50 tickets are offered to the Greatheart Schools, Tempe Prep, Arizona School for the Arts and the New School for the Arts and Academics for the special price of $5 for staff, students and their families.
